VisIC is one of newly selected energy projects for the BIRD program

VisIC Technologies Ltd. and Vepco Technologies (Chino, CA) will develop an 80kW Gallium Nitride (GaN) based dual-motor drive power invertor for both plug-in and battery electric vehicles.
