In this presentation, we will outline the requirements of EV propulsion systems and demonstrate how GaN technology can fulfill these needs. We will showcase a high-current GaN power module specifically designed for traction inverters, presenting the latest technical advancements and pertinent business metrics. Furthermore, we will deep dive into the competitive advantages that GaN offers for electric vehicles.
