VisIC Technologies proudly unveils its latest D³GaN™ power module, specifically optimized for Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) inverter applications.
Engineered for maximum efficiency and performance, the module achieves ultra-low inductance of just 4nH, enabling high-voltage operation at 650V and current capabilities exceeding 400A. Its robust gate structure ensures reliable performance under inductive load conditions, while the wide gate drive range (0–20V) and high threshold voltage (Vth >7V) deliver excellent noise immunity and switching stability.
Supporting over 100 kW inverter systems, the D³GaN™ module sets a new benchmark for efficiency, power density, and ruggedness in next-generation EV drivetrains.
